Tbh the RMR is kinda dumb, you're putting a ~4 MOA cube on a nice 4x optic.

Red look great green take bit getting used to but appear brighter especially the tritium. against shining green foliage green doesn't really disappear or blend in but it take bit longer to find center of reticle when quickly aiming it.

crosshair will allow you to shoot tighter grouping than all other options.

for fast shooting at man sized target horseshoe is best. but i'm not fan of horseshoe.
