the Wheeler wrench is okay and good enough for scope stuff, but for the price point and build quality, I doubt it stays in calibration very long. if you can afford it, it's probably a better investment to just buy a real in-lbs torque wrench. I do have one though and keep it in my range bag just in case something comes loose or I need to shim something for some weird reason.

I'm weary of posting brand recommendations, but I'd say any wrench with a dial readout, and made in a first world country by a respectable company. If you're paying at least $150 new, you're at the low end but starting to get towards a decent wrench. I don't have any experience with digital readout torque wrenches, but I've heard good things. granted I use mine for other things, but I just never understood how "clicky" type wrenches and in-lbs measurements ever became a thing that converged.
