Yeah, $40 mags are a hard pill to swallow. If economy is the name of the game then Block's the way to go, you can't beat those $12 chink mags or a large existing stock.

I guess it's hard to get mags to lock the bolt back because the mag cutout for the bolt catch is on the left but the AR bolt catch pivots from the same side, so some mechanism needs to get around a 90 degree bend with enough force left to actuate the bolt catch.
