Once again, it's understood that you made the threads. I guess it's just hard to tell that you start most of the threads since you're anon. I'm used to /gqg/, /arg/, and all those other generals where 90% of the threads are started by someone someone other than the creator which is why the formatting is always fucked.

That's the one thing I was going to say about copying someone like OPpenheimer; if you ask a question he's already answered and get a different answer it would be pretty obvious that it's not him, but if he weren't a trip it's entirely possible someone who didn't know who he was would just say "well he's a phony" rather than "that's an imposter".

The thing I was hoping for is that other anons would pick up on the format and if/when I stopped posting the threads would continue on like I was still here.
Unfortunately, it still gets screwed up a lot of the times when its not me, so it's not as seemless as I hoped.
As far as the tripping goes, I guess that's a reasonable assertation and I never had the visceral response to automatically hate trips like some anons do and expect other to have.
Might be because there were guys like Chimps, NoDak Stud (After Bowtie "died") and even MSD around when I first started asking for help who were extremely informative and not in a hand holding way.

Just bought this from my dads buddy. MAK 90. Gonna change out for bakelite pistol grip when I get a longer screw (already have the grip), and a wood stock when I can afford the stock itself.

$600 for the gun and all the extra stuff (6 mags, grips, 2 handguard sets, 3 pistol grips, and 3 stocks)

And he gave me 660 rounds, and gonna pay him an extra $120 for the ammo next weekend.

It was man, we've had a few of these, there was lots of other stuff not pictured. I've since sold the Tavor and replaced with an M1A, I started this small meet to get people to come out and offered for them to shoot a bunch of my shit, even provided a good bit of the ammo. The ammo he brought was brown bear. It had about 5 dud primers in about 100 rounds we shot. I loaded one box of the GT and could barely get any of them to pop.

So GT definitely has harder primers compared to brown bear, but I've still yet to shoot it out of my SKS or AK.

He got his from bear creek arsenal for less than $500. My expectation would be that a rifle designed for 7.62x39 should be able to handle any 7.62x39 that you would expect to be able to shoot out of an AK. Even if it is an AR. I'll recommend some stuff he could change for potentially better results but most likely that particular rifle will never get shot again.

It's an AR at the end of the day and that is why we are not on the /arg forum and here. Fucking AR's, I still love my two but they are still new and in the honeymoon phase. I have alot more testing to see if they stay or get sold.
