Borrowed a hand truck from work, I had to get my wife to help me tip it onto that initially and help me push it over the doorstep. After that it was pretty easy. I'm not a terribly strong guy, probably average strength. Once it is on carpet it just glides.

I have problems with the 100yd and 500yd aim points. The 100yd dot is too big; it completely obscures a 3" outer bull at 100yds. For me, this makes it hard to shoot extremely tight groups *on paper*.
