There was a place not far from where I lived at the time that imported Mosin Crates from Ukraine (I think). It was around $1500 or so for 20 rifles+accessories. I only had $500 at the time, and no one I knew wanted to go in on my gun running. This was only a few years ago.

Both. I've known some of these guys since 2014 and some I call by nicknames even if I know their full name and others I call by their actual names. Whichever they preferred at the time is usually what stuck. If you want to go incognito that's perfectly fine. Most people are a bit cautious their first time around but considering how well I've gotten to know a lot of folks I've long since stopped worrying.

One of the few basic rules of NuggetFest is "Don't do anything illegal." We're not hurting anyone or breaking any laws and with how long we've been doing this, there really isn't much left to be afraid of.

I would trust the vast majority of the people I've met at NuggetFest with my life and I fully intend to incorporate many of you into some of the long term endeavors I have in mind in the future. When you arrive, you will need to take your gear to the weapons inspector and donation center. The weapons inspector will inspect all weapons and magazine, making sure they are in working order. If you bring loaded mags, he will reject them and confiscate them. You are also not allowed to unload magazines in the parking lot, they must be unloaded at home for safety reasons.

Once your firearms and magazines have been checked in, you can load them ONLY once you have checked them out from the inspector and are on the firing range ready to fire. Only load as many mags as you need, your mags will be confiscated when you return them to the inspector if they contain any rounds.

Honestly I was thinking of buying a pack of party balloons to use as targets. Blow them up and they make a pop and you can see you hit them right away. Party balloons are big though, it's not hard to hit them. Helium is a cool idea, I'll have to check out how much the kit costs that comes with a helium canister and balloons. If it's less that $20 I'll buy it. We can also shoot the canister when we're done I guess.
