I googled and could not find a reliable source to define the difference between a WASR 10, and a GP WASR, but just by looking at the pics they look the same with the exception of a slant brake which the GP WASR does not have in the picture.

People in the industry say that a massive, absolutely massive order of 7n6 was about to go through. Importer anon gave a $ figure but I can't remember what it was. ATF probably got the form 6 on it and started looking for ways to obstruct it. After all, the gun they used as a basis for their opinion was 2 years old. I don't think Obama is educated enough on this stuff to know what 7n6 is and to request it be done away with. Now he might have told the director to crack down on guns and make things difficult for everybody. And it might have gone differently if we had a different president who potentially could have intervened on our behalf. But even with Trump's election I'm not hopeful on the current status of 7n6. It's such a minor issue on a global scale that I would be impressed if it ever made it to his desk.

The TRS25 is the only sub-$100 red dot I've heard of so far that you can mount on a lightweight 12 gauge slug or turkey gun and blast away with 3" magnum slugs or super-heavy turkey loads in unlimited quantities, and not have to worry about it breaking or even losing zero. Bushnell sells a reddot with the same specs in their "AK Optics" line, with "AK OPTIC" on the side in cutesy pseudo-Cyrillic.

Or you could pay $450 for an Aimpoint Micro, which is what they'd recommend at ARFCOM.
