Completely unrelated to ARs but I left my Moosberg 500 unoiled and in Florida that is the dumbest thing to do. Managed to get most of the rust off but it is still slightly noticeable in bright light. an electronic scale isnt absolutly needed but it makes life a lot easier.

>weigh on electronic scale
>add tar weight
>put powder in brass
>put brass on scale
>scale reads weight with tar weight

so for me my brass typically weighs 60gr, i take that out by subtracting tar weight, then put it back on and it reads the amount of powder and not the brass/primer. i didnt find a youtube video or forum that said this, i just figured it out.
