So... first 4 mags had 5 soft primer strikes (hardly any indent). So I disassembled bcg and cleaned firing pin, it shot fine for 250 rounds. Then I tried cleaning again and it continued. Wasn't ammo, or lower or mags. Probably bcg, yes?

Well, they're wrong. The military USED to use 55 gr, but now pretty much exclusively uses 62 or 77 gr ammo. 55 gr, is fine, but only for light plinking at the range or if you have a long barreled AR with a 1:12 twist rate.

I was going to buy the SW M&P-15 but the only thing I don't like is the collapsible stock (which I will never use because I'm never gonna operate innacity/I like the feel of solid stocks)

Don't go solid stock, having adjustability is great and comes at no cost. A2 Stocks look a shit on non-A2 builds.

You could put the non-collapsible A2 style stock on a new M&P. It's not a difficult job, but you'll need an armorer's tool and I suggest going to a reputable manufacturer and buying a complete A2 stock kit with spring and buffer so you know you're getting the right stuff.

I say just buy the M&P and don't collapse the stock.

I put a H buffer in my 7.62x39 rifle, which made the failure to feed less often, and completely eliminated the failure to eject and stove piping. The rounds are ejecting at about 4:30 to 5 oclock still. Cant get through a full mag without a failure. Should I go with an even heavier buffer, or is there another way to fix under gassing easily? Should I just go for an even heavier buffer? Gas blocks aligned properly, gas key is installed correctly and tight, everything seems to be good. Cant find any gas leaks.
