I have a Mosin which I fucking hate, but I paid $100 for it and it was my first rifle I bought so I'll hold onto the piece of shit.

Still got my AK because I'm too invested in it at this point. There's certain things I still prefer about AK's but overall I now think AR's are objectively better, all things considered.

So, the Ruger Precision Rifle accepts AR parts, particularly the stock, grip, and handguards (only select companies deal with the gap, SLR and MI are the only ones I can think of).

The question is whether the rear of the RPR's receiver is identical in dimensions to an AR lower. I ask because I was curious as to whether that new Hera CQR stock would fit on the Ruger. Alone, the stock would fit as would the grip, but since they are a single piece the spacing might not be correct on the Ruger.

It's alright, I got a kissy on my band-aid and persevere.

I was filing the inlets with large, powerful, manly strokes and one of the tines let go on an upstroke. Without that tine to keep the file centered, it skittered off the side and the other tine cut through my nail. Don't worry about it.=, boo-boos heal. Lesson learned, don't file thin metal with the full straining force of your entire arm, chest and spine.

Back on track, here we go. Blood loss not affecting brain. I chucked the screws up in a drill and reduced their diameter on a file, and cleaned it up a little. It fits!
