Appendix IWB. Have tried a few ways including strong side hip and 5 o'clock, appendix with a good holster and belt is just the best of all worlds.

This is where the good holster comes into play. You want it to have a little--not a lot, but a little--play so that it can shift around depending on how the shape of your body is as you change position. I have no problem sitting, the CCC Shaggy holster I have is fully adjustable in height and cant so I set it where it fits me perfectly. After a couple days I found it as comfy as the 4/5 o'clock I used to use.

Unlike 4/5 o'clock, I can actually draw it while driving if I needed to, too.

Hell yesterday I took a nap lying on my stomach and didn't bother unholstering. That is how comfortable this gun/holster/belt combo is.

If you're still around, when I researched the topic I heard that you should get the suit altered by a tailor to conceal it. Go to the fitting with your shoulder rig and weapon (or something that can substitute fir it). Obviously you should find a tailor who isn't squeamish.
