Does your CA ID/DL have your current address?
If so, a lease agreement will work. Just set one up with whoever you live with and make sure it is a year-long lease, not month to month.
CA ID/DL + Firearm safety card + Lease Agreement should work for you.
For your CCW permit in Sac County, I used two bank statements and it worked fine. No joke.

is your car registered in your own name? if so, thats the easiest residency proof. also you can just print out a generic a lease agreement saying you pay $0 in rent and have your parents sign it. theres a decent amount of options. CCW is a whole nother issue and unless you live in a friendly county you wont get that

First and foremost, buy and guy you can, LEGALLY. Once it's DROSed, it's registered to you.

Then do NOT leave the house. Have someone bring you a gun and don't leave the house. Did I mention don't leave the house? Get deliveries, take leave from work/school.

Once you get the gun, carry it with you almost everywhere you go. Stay away from places like Post Offices, schools, courthouses, etc.

If you get caught, it's only a misdemeanor, because it's registered to you. In many places, Like LA county, that's merely a cite and release.

During your 10 day waiting period, apply for your CCW. Either Sac PD or Sac Sheriff is pro-CCW, so you will eventually get one.

Also demand a witness protection program from prosecution. If not, move far away.
