I'll say this, I've never owned a non FF and a FF at the same time or converted from a non FF to an FF with the same gun, but when I had my NON FF gun, I did notice my groups weren't as tight as they are with my current ARs.

That being said, my 16" has a SSA-E in it, MBUS Pros, and a 1:8 223 wylde barrel vs my old AR's mil spec trigger, MBUS rear/FSB front, and CHF 1:7 barrel.

So you're saying we lost the Senate or House then. As you might know, legislation is the job of Congress, so without the votes necessary in the legislative, there is no bill on her desk. Losing Congress is the more immediate worry, as they could pass an AWB (which they'd hopefully be punished greatly like after ACA or the first AWB back in the 90s). I think your arguments are valid, and I recognize that I should definitely invest in more mags... But right now I only have 2500 rounds of 5.56. I have the mags I "need" but am afraid of permanently inflated ammo prices in the future. What if we were to go a year with $1/round for 5.56? That would make it hard for me to train for a year. Granted I already conserve ammo when I train and do very specific drills to get the most out of any ammo I use.

That's why in my mind I prioritize Ammo over Mags. Both are cheap right now. I know for a fact that ammo is gonna spike like crazy in a few weeks.

Granted, we've been down the ammo spike road before and it all levels out in 2 months.

I think at the very least I should try and get 10 g2 pmags before election day.

The converting is really not that hard or problematic. Itso not really something I foresee you doing on the fly. Just use it 2 point to carry it and single point when you're shooting.
