Lots of cheap pizza, burgers, burritos, polish sausages, and chicken nuggets with the occasional bottle of V8. Usually buy spinach and carrots as far as rabbit food goes. Can't afford much better desu.

Mostly potatoes and meat but I went to the doctor yesterday and got told I was obese, and he wouldn't write my script unless I dropped a pound a week. Shit, I only weigh 212. Plus I got stage 1 hypertension at 25 but I think it's because of the anger issues.

Whatever cheap shit I bought at Walmart, I eat before work. And McDonalds for breakfast after work. Works pretty good for me because I don't do anything but sleep between shifts.

Oh I know it wasn't exactly healthy and I probably lost a lot of muscle in the process, but I looked like complete shit, had man-tits galore, my skin was tearing and getting new stretch marks every week, and I got exhausted just walking up the stairs. And that's not even mentioning the joint pain and sleep apnea.

The weight loss was perhaps a bit extreme, but it helped me overcome my overeating issues.
I eat much better stuff now, and I've started working out.
I haven't felt this good physically since I was in my early teens, before I got fat.

about once a week, I might grab a burger or something while I'm out and about, or a candy bar every few days. but with a strict diet and good exercise routine, that shit doesn't effect you. it's okay to stop at McDonalds every once in a while a grab a bite to eat. so long as you're getting a diet soda and skip the fires. those are like pure, salty carbs.

usually whatever they serve in the mess hall at work (construction industry). Dinner is usually some kind of meat + potatos + vegetables. They also serve dessert every day, but I began skipping dessert. For breakfast and lunch, I eat bread with various stuff on top, whatever I feel like. Usually cheese and ham with some tomato, cucumber and paprika. We also get 1 fruit per day, so I eat an apple or an orange per day. And I drink orange juice, apple juice, milk and lemonade plus water obviously.

This is for 3 weeks in a month, the one week where I have time off from work I usually eat a mix of fast food I bought from a restaurant/fast food place, and frozen food.
In my week off I also treat myself to copious amounts of sweets, snacks, coca cola and energy drinks.

But I was on prescription ADD meds when I was a kid, and I can tell you from personal experience that there's a reason they were used as diet drugs in the past.
I had to stop taking them because I went from average kid to near Auschwitz-level severely malnourished in like 2 months.
Just the sight or smell of food made me nauseous, I had to use all my willpower to force myself to eat half a meal a day without puking.
And it didn't help that I stayed awake and active for around 20 hours a day because LOLPHARMASUTICALMETH!

With my most recent "diet" I basically stopped eating, I fasted a lot (3 or 4 days a week) and when I did eat it was basically just protein sources like hardboiled eggs and blood sausage.
Went from 330lbs to 210-215 in a few months.
Wouldn't recommend it for anyone else, it worked for me but it was not a pleasant experience.
I felt weak and I was dizzy a lot. Sometimes I didn't shit for a week or more.

If you do actually do it make sure you take lots of vitamins and shit so you don't get scurvy, that's an actual and serious concern.
People still die from it and doctors often don't recognizance the symptoms.

I'm in syrupland. There are a few good deals now and then but all in all I'd have to go grocery shopping at places that aren't really close by.
