Both the KAC and Magpul pros can handle some serious abuse. One of the downsides (or benefits depending on who you ask) is that the KAC only has one aperture. It's not too big to make precise shooting hard, and not too small as to make acquisition more difficult. It's a great sight and you can get USMC take offs on eBay for cheap.

That being said I prefer the magpul because I have a magpul front sight and I like being able to change apertures. I wouldn't say they are less quality, they just don't have the same Gucci connotation as the KAC sights.

If matching your rail is important, then the KAC rear with USMC markings can be had for cheap, just remember the front sight to match is relatively expensive in typical KAC fashion
