I'm trying to decide between gettong a P-09 and an SP-01. I love the fact that the SP-01 feels like my 1911 when I grip it high, but the fact that the P-09 is 25% lighter, holds 19+1, and has an adjustable safety system and backstraps makes it extremely attractive. Flat triggers are more forgiving. It doesn't matter as much where the pad of your finger is in relation to the trigger, at least in terms of accuracy.

Also, they offer nice leverage to give a very light trigger pull, which actually does depend on where you put your finger.

You came to the right guy. The SP-01 tactical is a fine gun, but it's rather heavy. The only time I ever got any jams in it were when I used shit tier freedom ammunition reloads (never do this to your gun). The grips are also super comfy, so combined with the gun's weight it makes for very comfy shooting with barely any recoil. I don't think you'll be disappointed with it.
