Honestly, Century is far from the worst, though. They typically put their mark on the frame (in my opinion a much more natural and less prominent location than anywhere on the slide) and they typically limit it to only one line of text. With some of the CZ 52's that they imported, you can hardly even notice their import mark. PW Arms, on the other hand, ruined an entire batch of Tokarev pistols that came into the country with four full lines of engravings on the most prominent spot on the slide.

Also, you do realize that modern CZ's have import marks too, right? CZ-USA is the American importer, and they put their mark on the gun in a different type of font and etch-method than any other rollmark on the pistols.

it was CZ 75 shadow line to start out with. basically a 75 with a couple nicer internals. I swapped out a bunch of stuff though. hammer, sights, removed disconnector for SAO, added flat trigger, obviously grips and mag well, swapped out left hand safety too because the razor thin ones suck for competition use.
