I've never had this problem?

Yes it doesn't lock, but it cams to where it's under tension. It's not like it's falling over, and the tower doesn't weigh enough that even with a hard jolt or drop for it to fold down under its own weight in any scenario.

Which means the only way for it to unintentionally fold is to hit it with something. And that means a locking sight has just as much potential to have the lock mechanism break as the non-locking KAC Micro has of folding.

The difference is, 1 is FUCKING BROKEN and the other takes half a second to put back where it was.

That being said, it's one of a short list of non-locking sights I like. Mainly front sights, since the odds of whacking something and partially folding your front sight are far higher than whacking your rear sight.
