How can I reduce the recoil on my AR?
I've already put an 18" bull barrel and a compensator on it but it kicks too much and bruises my shoulder. It's really hard to hold up for a whole mag too so any answers involving making it lighter would be appreciated.

1:9 is good for 55 grain, but shooting 55gr out if 1:7 doesnt mean you'll have garbage groups. pb has had 0.5 MOA @ 100 yards with 55gr out of his 1:7

Hypothetically I have an AR pistol on order, won't be here for pick up for about a week, and there is a 7 inch complete upper for sale at my lgs that I really want, so...

Assuming you don't currently own an AR pistol or SBR can you buy barreled uppers shorter than 16" as long as you don't put them on your rifle AR's?


This may sound stupid but quite frankly the NFA laws are so retarded that I wouldn't put any form of fuckery past the ATF when it comes to this shit. And even though they would technically have no way of knowing that I bought an upper since it's not a firearm, and I would have no intention of using it on any of my rifles I still am in fear for the safety of my dogs

I like AFGs and I've got one on both my pistol and my rifle.

The Shockwave is pretty damn good and the SST1 cheek saddle works very well with it. It take a bit to get them to work together but nothing a little dremel can't handle.
