So I know some of you play this game. I know a lot of you who do use the armory mod.


I'll start out with my bomb truck/ gun ship.


It has two 105mm howitzers firing out the nose as well as a pair of 20mm vulcans. It sports 4 .50cal turrets for 360 degree defense. It has four AIM-120's and two AIM-9's.

It features enough Mk82's to level most areas as well as 5 Mk 83's internally to ensure total bombardment. It carries 12 AGM's and six rocket pods.

That's not a mod issue, it's a user issue.
In these threads I always tell people to properly set up their control surfaces, and get shouted down and called a sperg. Well bucko, that image is a perfect fucking example of why you need to set up your control surfaces. 2 seconds clicking buttons in the hangar is all it takes to fix it.

You guys are both wrong. Those planes were made for FAR mod. The canards automatically turn to minimize their AoA. It helps keep control and prevents stalling at high AoAs.

Did some updates to my small attack craft. Its turned into a little bomb truck.

12 Mk 82 Snakeeyes and 3 jdams, with either 4 or six mavericks. Add in the already impressive GAU 8 and 105mm Howitzer. You have a craft capable of making anything wish it was dead.

No, but BDArmory works by overheating things until they explode. The Metal Plates anon used have a very high heat tolerance, so they are more resistant to BDA weapons.

That would be nice. I mean it can destroy those plates like nothing, and the M1 turret can take down most buildings no problem, but hit the VAB with it, and at times it just laughs off the hits, even from a Mk83. Usually the only way to destroy the VAB for me is sustained fire with heavy ordinance.

It's good. Works with most mods. New panther engine is pretty cool. Nice new parts and new models for existing parts. Only problem I have now is that they made the Whiplash engines a lot bigger lengthways, so a few of my designs need readjusting, and the mk1 cockpit replacement broke a design I loved as well.

I realize the quality on that webm is utter dogshit; it was the first webm I ever made.

This screenshot was the culmination of about 2 hours of trying to build a functioning aerial target. To start, I parked a small fighter and its pilot near the runway. Next, I replaced the cockpit of a large, shitty transport with a drone core and decoupler. Once I took off with the transport and gained sufficient altitude, I ejected the drone core. Once the core hits the ground and explodes, the camera automatically switches to the nearest flyable aircraft, in this case the MiK-15 that I had waiting.

The plane I made in pic related can pull 5-6g turns at around 300 m/s almost straight off the runway. With the ramjet mod, it is a pretty good platform for launching small payloads to orbit, like the boxsats.

Sustained flight at mach 6-7 between 25-30km is preferred flight regime. Its actually hard to get this thing not to go suborbital, if you notice its top speed is actually orbital speed, but inside the atmosphere. Did a straight zoom climb at 45 off the run way, down to 30 when I hit 10km and ended up with an apoapsis of 250km. Doesn't have an exoatmospheric engine though. Handles really well all around, had some issues with directional stability early but I slapped some underside strakes on like the Su-27 and it solved that.

Really under performing F86 knockoff. Has a shitty TWR, but it flies pretty well, so I use it for target drones. AI flight computer does well with it.
