She's still a gold soldier. The problem with them nowadays is that their initial and subsequent skill usages are inferior compared with Liz, which ends up being much more significant unless you're on that rare map where that 3 cost is crucial in the first 20 seconds.
One of the reasons to choose between soldiers is their passive ability. Zenobia has a combat oriented ability, so Liselotte has an advantage there as well.

There was this joke about Lindernia secretly being a Civilization Guild member because both her and GS bosses were drawn by Manano Manamana, wonder if that will make a comeback if Torenia ends up being friends with her (which is usually the case for related plants in FKG).

Speaking of new characters, looks like Tritonia is getting the Acacia/Orange treatment with this event, having all her associates being introduced before her. Fennel (despite being a hardcore tsundere for danchou) seems pretty head-over-heels for her, too, which is always a welcome development.

I just started playing the DMM version to get this unit... I somehow managed to get her first try, with only default units without leveling anything and doing the event map(s) as soon as possible.
I'm somewhat surprised I managed to clear the second map and get her (with only 1 HP left).
My first (forced?) draw was Bashira, pretty sure I would not have been able to do it without her.
All that said, this unit is pretty good for a new player, since the boost to Iron and Bronze is pretty useful when your starting out.

A lot of Armor Maid's characteristics are redundant with Sarah's skill. On the other hand, all of Battle Maid's disadvantages are covered by Sarah's skill. You should just choose Armor though, unless you really want that -3 cost or +300 attack from Battle. Keep the extra copy around in case.

So I decided to start Kamihime a week ago, liking it so far. Got to the end of the Wind world but now have been focusing on doing the Standard fights against Yatagarasu. I've only got 9kish total damage, I've been using rare and better weapons that match the elements of the chars I'm using since I saw those still gave benefits even if they weren't the main weapon, and otherwise I'm just trying to get as much as I can from the Yatagarasu event.

I got one copy of Yata herself, and the next I'm focusing on is the SSR weapon. Anything else I should focus on before the event ends, or should I just keep doing the 20 AP fight (since I can't really do the 30 AP ones well enough) and keep going for more copies of the SSR weapon?

Also, does Kamihime do repeats of prior events, some of the past stuff looks pretty good, shame I missed out on them.

Use ranger traps, Kokoro, Karma and the like to delay him while wailing on him with all the burst damage you can bring. His second form doesn't have that much HP.

Vivian ties with Marnie as the second-best dancer in the game and offers more range in return for extra limitations on both her regular skill and SAW. Dancers are all incredible units for top-end content, so she's definitely worth raising, but you can delay it if you aren't ready to tackle majin and the like yet. Dark priest is a fun unit with a nice tradeoff to her AW ability, but isn't particularly strong.

Holy shit I didn't realize that Lv 50 raids (maybe the Lv 30 ones too?) drop SR weapons. Damn, those are much more worth doing than I thought.

When the next event starts, leech the SHIT out of Dullahan raids.
Raids are an excellent source of gems, Pale Rider is an alright dark DPS, and her actual weapon is amazing for an event SR.
Dullahan and the event SSR weapon aren't particularly special (Dullahan gets overshadowed by Jack O'Lantern next month and the weapon is a defender) but if you're just starting out, them being huge statsticks alone help
