Why don't people ever check the OP links? We should be more specific on what kinds of fumos are available on each sites, separating ones that sell the recently released ones like Gift and AmiAmi and the ones that sell secondhand/used ones.

I don't know about the shipping costs for the curious newfriends obviously, but from what is visible to me it's quite jarring that people pay more for fumos when they can afford them for much cheaper elsewhere. The only real expensive ones are Ran fumo and the Aya nendo, all others can be bought for around ~50$, which is quite an overestimation for some common fumos even. I've spent too much on some fumos, and I don't want others to feel a tinge of regret every time they see their innocent cute girls because of the price they paid to give them their rightful homes.

Assuming it's just the shape that's gotten distorted during shipping,

flatten the hat out so its folded, and put it under some books for a day so it keeps the flatness.

Then try to reshape it to what it should looks like. To make it adhere to that shape in turn, get something approximately the size of the top of her head, and put it inside. Then get a few smaller things with weight (could very be rocks as long as they're clean) around the brim of the hat to hold it down and keep it round.

Leave it for a day or however long it takes. Should do the trick wonderfully. I've ordered a lot of fumo and other plush from auctions and a lot of the time they squish them into tiny tiny packages and they arrive completely bent out of shape, and using various weights always work for me.

That being said I'm in agreement with >>16257902 that I'm here to see cute pictures of fumos and their adventures. If the pictures are taken with a DSLR or similar "high quality" camera then that's just a bonus. Hell, most modern smartphones have decent cameras anyway. I would hate to see people discouraged from posting because they felt that their pictures didn't meet some preconceived standard. Fumo threads are for taking it easy and enjoying soft girls.

I want a soft mitchiri neko.

For the longest time i only had my fumos on display in my room instead of in my bed. I have them in bed now and it improves sleep considerably. I held my Mokou tight and woke up to Reisen's smile right in front of my face. Very comfortable.

I really, really wanted Kasen and Koishi. So glad waiting warmly for Amiami actually came through. I hope Amiami Fucking When guy didn't die in the interim.

I picked up Satori and Flan too because even though they're not my favorites, I've regretted not getting other fumos that weren't my highest priority previously.

Plus Koishi will appreciate having her sister around and I hope to get a Remi eventually
