It just doesn't fit on /jp/. In the previous cringe thread (why did we need a second one?) it was pretty clear that /jp/ didn't agree with this "cringe" thing, but the recent visitors to /jp/ ran away with it and it became a YLYL-style thread with Sonic and tumblr images that have no relation to anything on /jp/.

I'll say it again: this does not belong here. This thread should be purged before it gets more Steven Universe, Sonic, random tumblr, and other off-topic images like the previous one. These people are not welcome and it needs to be made clear.

There's an unsettling mish-mash of features and proportions that don't line up if they're supposed to be female. It's not just the chins, it's also a lot of other visual cues like high eyelines, prominent noses, and flat lips.

Besides that, there's objective fuck-ups like how how Komachi's eyes are so big they should be bulging out the sides of her head. Or how everybody's hair is way too voluminous for how little space they could grow from. Or how Nue's head is as big as her torso.

Everybody has the same head shape too, so it doesn't seem like the artist is using different shapes to convey a certain look, it's more likely they don't know how to draw anything else.

So most of them are a little too weird to even read as human (and face it, all 2hus are more human than they are youkai), and the rest are dead-ringers for cartoon men in drag. Or just men, like Murasa.

Seiga actually looks ok, but she dodges most of the faults I mentioned. Her head is a lot taller, just compare her to The Prince and see the difference. She's much closer in frame, minimizing the big head stuff. Her features are closer to feminine so you don't immediately think she's a man.

Yukarii is the spitting image of a crossdressing asian man, but at least she's proportioned okay (both her and Seiga's heads extend out of the panel, our brains "finish" the picture for the artist).

Wriggle is the worst, she looks like the prince from The Little Mermaid, except with microcephaly.
