I think the only real option is keeping up with threads at Scanlover and the like of famous girls getting into AV. I had some old topics about it at Akiba-Online saved but they were deleted. Discussions can probably still be found there.

There's also a term at DMM that you can use to search for others (アイドル・芸能人 or just 芸能人). I remember it including lookalike parodies though.
