I went to >>>/fit/ read sticky and went from obese to hungry skelly.

Now i am trying to transform into average male who has some muscles and stuff while not being obese. It will take much longer though.

Because the amount of beer i drink is disproportionate to the amount I exercise.

I drink a lot of alcohol and don't leave the house frequently, let alone exercise.
I have lost around 20 pounds in the last couple months, though
