I make 85k as a software engineer and work not more than 45 hours a week because I made the effort to go to school, get good grades, and was lucky enough to have parents that could afford to put me through without racking up massive student loans. It's not my place to solve a neets problems.

There's a huge lack of skilled workers at the moment in the US. The economy is near full employment and companies are struggling to find qualified applicants. All one needs to do is become qualified. People will pay you to become qualified because they need workers. My understanding was that they made you sign a contract to work exclusively for the company after an apprenticeship because it costs money to train someone and they want to get it back by paying you below market wages for a time. If they get rid of you after training you, you still have the training.

Regardless, parasites should be cut off and forced to support themselves.
