JanJan is literally a 30 second walk outside of Sugamo station. You take the South exit near the JR line, and you walk forwards. There's a Pachinko place on your left, and a hotel right in front of you. There's a place between them where taxis are parking, I guess for the hotel. There's an alley with lots of bright signs right beside the hotel, on the left side. You can't miss it. JanJan is written in Katakana on a big red sign -- easy to spot, and a nice guy (or two, as it was today) will flag you down and ask if you want to enter. It's only 3000 yen for 30 minutes. Would be plenty of time for a great price if the girls weren't only pretty, but could actually give good service too. Mine was pretty with decidedly awful service.
