Why are Australian posters so rude and obnoxious?
They're like that annoying guy in school that tries so damn hard to look cool and hard while everyone secretly hates them.
>>66603667
When you realize %80 of banter is intended to be friendly and just more extreme than banter in your own country Australians become bros.
Honestly I hate UK posters the most. Their "banter" is just literal shit talking and pure, un-sarcastic rudeness.

doesnt put so much emphasis on it being a still ongoing process right?
I'm far too tired to think about this anon, so I offer you this humble bump in place.

Why do Arabs use numbers when writing in latin alphabet?
My Kuwaiti friend says it started because a lot of online games didn't support arabic, so they did that to communicate.
>>66602995
So do you pronounce number in the word?
>>66603020
No this is strictly a written thing because game developers often didn't support arabic text.
Why don't we petition UNESCO to make American gun culture part of our intangible cultural heritage? It fits all of the definitions that UNESCO puts forth.
Intangible cultural heritage is:
Traditional, contemporary and living at the same time: intangible cultural heritage does not only represent inherited traditions from the past but also contemporary rural and urban practices in which diverse cultural groups take part;
Inclusive: we may share expressions of intangible cultural heritage that are similar to those practised by others. Whether they are from the neighbouring village, from a city on the opposite side of the world, or have been adapted by peoples who have migrated and settled in a different region, they all are intangible cultural heritage: they have been passed from one generation to another, have evolved in response to their environments and they contribute to giving us a sense of identity and continuity, providing a link from our past, through the present, and into our future. Intangible cultural heritage does not give rise to questions of whether or not certain practices are specific to a culture. It contributes to social cohesion, encouraging a sense of identity and responsibility which helps individuals to feel part of one or different communities and to feel part of society at large;
Representative: intangible cultural heritage is not merely valued as a cultural good, on a comparative basis, for its exclusivity or its exceptional value. It thrives on its basis in communities and depends on those whose knowledge of traditions, skills and customs are passed on to the rest of the community, from generation to generation, or to other communities;
Community-based: intangible cultural heritage can only be heritage when it is recognized as such by the communities, groups or individuals that create, maintain and transmit it – without their recognition, nobody else can decide for them that a given expression or practice is their heritage.
because they're not stupid enough to fall for that
>>66602775
That's not stupid at all, besides i wonder why someone never asked for that.
>>66602775
Its done by traditional communities, inherited from the past, practiced in the present, happens in cities and villages, is inclusive, provides a link to the past, participates to social cohesion, encourages a sense of identity and responsibility, and relies on knowledge of traditions, skills, and customs. It fits everything UNESCO wants.
As an honored forum representing the international community we need to work to protect this for the cultural heritage of future generations.

Straya seems to be a good country, and it's very easy to emigrate there. But the problem here is that they do not have any industry except mining so there is no job for mechanical engineers like me. Mechanical engineering is in their SOL, skilled occupation list, list of professions they need, but their job hunting sites tell the different. So if I move there I would have to work as a truck driver or another trade job.
