This drawing is really really really bad. You have no understand of structure based on the placement of the features and your nonsensical shading. Your feature anatomy doesn't make sense either i mean what the fuck are those ears? All in all, LOOMIS

They don't because it encourages spam. Nobody wants the board to mostly be made up of beginners asking for feedback on their circles and sticks skills or other beginner stuff.

Really good in my opinion. You have a very appealing simplified style and a decent enough understanding of light to give your characters dimension. Unless you're looking for realism there's no need to listen to the loomis meme. Good work.

Looks nice. Try fixing the shade on the right face, it overlaps his eye sockets.

For this artstyle, Id recommend you go on Illustrator and clean it up, smooth out the edges etc.
