I don't think there's much that can be done to help you with that picture. That pose is simply too advanced for your level, as you clearly have no experience with perspective and foreshortening.

Study your reference picture more. Trace it if you have to so that your brain gets a better idea of what your hand and your eyes are trying to capture on screen. Take your reference pic, make it its own layer, drop the opacity down to about 45 percent or so, then trace over it with your stylus.

You also need work on your faces. Learn proper proportions before you start drawing the animus. I'm not saying to start drawing comic western, but it does help you gain a better understanding of what you're doing.

Don't be afraid to trace. Everyone does it when they first start off.

it's hard to tell if she's tilting her head down or if shes facing forward while looking down. if its the former, i think you should show more of the top of her head. if it's the latter, you should show the digastric plane. either way, i think you're showing too much of the side of her head, making it seem like she's looking off to the side instead of at the guy.

the biggest issue as i see it is a lack of underlying structure. what i'd practice if i were you (assuming you're op) is constructing the figure by drawing boxes, spheres, and cylinders in perspective as in >>3029017
and once you're comfortable doing that, try taking it further as in the left side of pic related. placing facial features becomes a lot easier once you know how the structure underneath looks.

i can't really give you much helpful advice on the facial features as i struggle with that stuff myself. drawing a face from a low angle is really hard, and making it an attractive face is harder still.

It's hard to crit when it's still in the planning phase, but maybe better panel placement of your characters could help right now? It would certainly establish the mood for each panel a lot better if you practice that. Think of the close up shots, body shots, maybe add better establishing angles, but that's just me. DC's coming out with pencil work only trade paperbacks called "Unwrapped", that show the established pencil work down before it's inked and colored. It really gives a better idea of how those panel shots were created. I highly recommend them.

Finish the drawing first, check the shoulder placement and drop them down a bit, consider what kind of top she's going to wear and adjust the breast's gravity an pull on the top accordingly, and consider what the overall composition (pose) of the picture is going to be. Is she going to put up her arms in a, "I don't know..." pose, or is she going to put her arms behind her back to show off her rack?

There are several ways to go about the pose, but be sure to reference it before you put it down to draw it. Trust me, it helps.

Because this was just an experiment, nothing more. It only took me a night and I got to try out multiple things with it. I don't have a concrete style with this yet and am mostly stumbling around trying various things and taking tips every now and then. Once I find a way that is comfortable and fun for me and is satisfying for the viewer I will build on that. It's a bit early to tell because they're sketches but your first drawing it looks like the neck isn't facing the same way the body is. I'd suggest you try to refine your composition and posing as well because they look more like they'd be part of a comic and not standalone pieces if that makes sense (unless that's what you're trying to make.)
