You wrapped her cheekbones up towards her forehead instead of pushing them to her ears, the neck doesn't quite connect to her head (cylindrical form, scm doesn't insert anywhere) and it looks almost as if you merged the clavicles into one form - you know they move separately, right?

It's good enough to impress, but I wonder how you'd tackle a full body pose.
Be aware of how human body works, not just how it looks, that is my advice.

Saw these before. Still think the bald guy in the kinda Batman animated series style is the best one. The more realistic ones are not pleasing. Too tight, and uniform with the marks maybe. Of the realistic ones, the asian girl is probably the best but half of her face is hidden. From what is seen she feels drawn a little more loose and alive though. The lines on the face feel more like tonal shapes too I suppose. Maybe a more painterly approach is necessary for realism past a certain point.

The crown/top of the head seems too high. The features are pretty good, but the mouth is crooked. The chin bugs me the most since it throws off the entire perspective of the face. If I was to draw a straight line down from the nose, both the mouth and the chin are shifted more on the right side of this centerline. The entire chin is on the right side of this centerline.

Remember, the line of the eyes, bottom of the nose, mouth line, and bottom of chin determine the perspective of the face. In your drawing, the eyes and nose are linkes pretty well together. However, it seems as though the mouth and chin are sliding to the right of her face. Also she doesn't have enough Trapezius on the far side. I would even indicate with a line the sternocleidomastoid on the neck.

Other than that, it's pretty good. You might have just had an off day or something. However I really like how you've handled the eyes and nose (I draw my eyes always fuck huge) so I've actually saved this pic as a reminder to draw smaller eyes.
