If you're using a certain method for drawing faces, you'll just end up drawing the model that method taught you. So before laying down your lines for a certain major mass, try to switch it up. Think of the size and shape of each mass and the spacing between them. Are their features angular or round? Are they far apart, average, or close together? What kind of complexion do they have? Does their head fit better on a circle than an oval or rectangle?

The best way to note these things would be analyze as many faces as you can, stylized or not. Then you'll be able to makecharacters with likenesses of their own.

Is it scummy to heavily reference a single pose?

Let's say I draw a girl in this exact same pose but it's a totally different character, different lighting, different clothing, different anatomy, blah blah. Do people look down on that? I always feel a little scummy when I do it. I can't think of poses for shit, but maybe that's just something that will come in time? idk.

-study arms a bit more, pay attention to how the fat and muscles around the elbow bunch when it's bent like that
-rounded the left shoulder a bit because it felt too sharp for the rest of the style, also that crease/fold in the suit below the boob probably wouldn't be there, if you're going for the body crease that sometimes happens right under that ribs it's a bit lower down
-the boobs feel a bit weird, but that might just be a matter of preference
-work on folds and making them feel more smoother/natural, the one in her right armpit is very well done, the one on her far/left armpit is very bad, there's about 1-2 many lines going on there, simplify. the folds under and around the boobs are too hard, smooooth yet cleanly defined is sexy (not that angles don't have their place, but in your current style the edges of your angles should be rounded)
-the lines on the face for the nose bridge feel very tacky/afterthotty (they're also too narrow at the bottom, see blue lines for form), i'd suggest erasing them and defining them better with value

these are just small nitpicks to help you improve as an artist tho, cause other wise with this piece your black ass is doin very well

I really think you should post your works in their sketch/before lineart stage.
There are quite a few problems that stick out to me but you've so diligently lined everything I don't see the point. That, and the fact that you don't seem to have grown from previous feedback. Maybe you're more interested in simply sharing your anime arts instead of getting critiques.

And in that case I did the lineart with lots of layers, it still let me fix some little stuffs like size quickly.

This actually makes no sense.

The real problem is a lot of dudes don't get the female attention they want. Only a minority of men get it. The majority is left out in the cold so drawing women is a coping mechanism since it's their art and they have control. It's the same for girls who mostly draw dudes. Only, while they might get male attention, it's from men they have no real interest in. Meanwhile, the men they would want aren't looking for them. They are looking for the women who outclass them aesthetically.

Not in the face (since they are heavily stylized), but they don't need to. They still represent women and the female form.

As for girls and men, it's still obsessing over the male form they find attractive. Both of these men and women aren't getting attention from anyone close to those standards, so art is an outlet.

More like the standards goes beyond reality, fictional bodies also can look way better than they ever could in real life.

Try to find a cute fit toned girl with large breasts in real life. That literally can't exist. And it's just one example.

That doesn't detract that some are closer to those standards than others and the image you posted isn't a good representation of outlandish proportions. Well endowed fit girls do exist. How often do you actually go to the gym? Fit and tone =! jacked. There is still fat on their bodies.
The faces are the most unrealistic thing when it comes to most anime art and it's because the faces are tremendously simplified to the point of characters no longer having any real distinguishing facial features. All you have to go by is hair and eye color. As seen in the image you posted.

or you can just cheat and color pick from a picture to use as palette

lighting is close to pillowshading in some parts, and completly unrelated to the moon

design your lighting with a binary map in mind, parts in shadows, parts in light, flat and simple and go from there.
