I don't know, though.. squeeze that nose a little and slap a moustache on him, he'd look the part even from that angle. It's not just the head shape and hair style, the eyes and ears are dead on. The only major difference is the nose, since there's not a good reference for his lower face without the hair. Judging from younger pictures, Medvedev's pretty close on that account, though with somewhat thinner lips.
