Would it be Mongols being able to conquer a theoretical Nazi Germany that existed at that time with the technology of that time? Or would it be a modern Mongol empire that had modern technology? Would the Mongols have adapted to the technology or would it be giving a bunch of barbarians guns? Are they equivalent to modern populations or 13th century populations?

I mean with how reliant the Germans were on cavalry for their logistics, and the size of the mongol empire, with the right leadership the mongols could win by destroying the Germans weak supply lines, alone Germany would also have issues getting fuel, metal, and many other resources. Unless Germany somehow has access to the rest of the modern world and is not alone.
