Is the gameplay (literally only the sex scenes?) as great as I usually see in screenshots, or are most of them only Studio stuff?

Studio at this point is pretty much a hobby, for cheap and fast fap the normal game is good enough, though it is possible you will get bored.

For me the normal game mode is kind of interesting, at least for unlocking the achievements, break a girl, make a girl that hate you love you, etc. Though some parts still need translations for example when a girl want to leave the place for X reasons or lure events.

Undertale just happened to be in the right place at the right time. The combat is meh, the bullet hell aspects are mediocre at best, the sprite work is serviceable but nothing spectacular, the story is good but nothing compared to classic JRPGs. The biggest thing the game had going for it was the pacifist run mechanic which was admittedly unique but still not game changing in any way.

Have you ever tried to do a genocide run? That shit is an annoying grind with no real reward outside if getting a separate story.

Music was great though.

It's best just to get all the DLCs. You can "hybrid" it, but you better know what you're doing before you try it, and there's no real reason to hybrid anymore anyway.
