Comic Sigma typically just republished old chapters. This issue was an exception likely because this specific chapter was supposed to appear in Comic Tenma, which also ceased in 2016. Regardless, it looks like everything he's published has been through Akane Shinsha (http://www.akaneshinsha.co.jp/index.php?&s=%E7%AF%A0%E5%A1%9A%E8%A3%95%E5%BF%97). Comic saseco is having a second release in May (https://twitter.com/comic_saseco) and I imagine he'll be featured in it.
