In the last thread, I read someone saying there are stat requirements for getting a response to "I love you," but when I try it, the dialog box very briefly shows "Sylvie" before going back to the regular Actions menu. Custom Clothes are only included in the modpatch (well okay, so technically some are in the 'omake' folder in the base game but you still have to install them yourself). Just type "Custom Clothes" into the say box and hit Say to enable them, and they'll appear automatically in your closet.

It's hard to tell what problem you're having from just that, anon. The short answer is that you unlock the talk system once you've gotten to the main plot (Sylvie lives, game gives you the option to have her call you something different, etc).

However, that may not answer your question, because you could also be experiencing an installation problem or some other issue. Please be more specific.

You may have cropped out the version number (lol why the lossless screengrab?), but I'm going to assume that you probably installed the 1.8.1 patch onto a version that's older than 1.8.0 and/or forgot to update your save before using it.
