Uhhhhh. Okay let's learn some stuff about Flash.

Flash, the multimedia authoring tool used to create the Christmas Liru game, has multiple distinct properties.
These properties allow us to clear up confusion about this so called "self-destruct".

First and foremost: Flash does not allow you to write to disk AT ALL without user consent. If this game was to try delete itself, the only way this could be feasibly done is by slowly prompting the user to overwrite asset files with individual save file dialogs for every single one.
This just won't happen.

Second, the timebomb patch. Since Flash has/had incredible success online, it is a well documented format. As such we can snoop around the code and change logic fairly easily.
As I've said in the other thread, basic stuff, grab a copy of some decompiler and get reversing. Dumping out the SWF is your first step.

Third, and you'll get a kick out of this, setting your clock back.
It works due to how Flash fetched the current date from system.

Can confirm. going into Date & Time and rolling
back to after December 25th, 2016 and before January 1st, 2017 will allow you to play the game again. No workaround patch is needed. Unless, the patch for this Special that Seismic provided makes it so going into Date & Time won't allow you to. I don't have that patch, just the original download from the OP.

All I get when I open the file is a blank gray screen. I know with the previous game I had to set the local storage to unlimited for it to work, but that option has changed to just "allow local to store information on your computer" and I have that check but still nothing.
