So I can put my girl into a room but can't do anything with her. No guy appears when I click positions and I can't do anything. What am I doing wrong?

Game has been out for months and even when getting every combination of the newest translation patches, only half of the main menu, and 2-3 sentences of dialog are translated. I have yet to notice any new translations since the week the game came out.
Is it really that hard for someone to just translate the god damn buttons and UI? Dialog I understand.

Sure, but you asked for a poser. In this case Poser pro 2014 is the best one by far, but it require learning and investment.

If you want to stay on sex games, so yeah TK17 has the most powerful by far.
But HS studio is pretty simple (5 mins to get acostumed to) and not that bad with some studio mods (ShortcutHS1_0_3 and HS studio addon 0.7.3).
And graphics are better than TK17.

How'd I do this time?

Any and all attempts to make the middle hair extension look more solid failed so I just left it like that. I plan on fixing the forehead later though.
