I use the Arizer Extreme Q. It does both bags and the whip. Its a great starter vape and I've used mine for 3 years now with no issues! Its not as good as the volcano, but if you go on eBay they're only about $160 new. Vape critic has some good reviews you could check out to for basically every vape on the market

I recently went low-tech and got a VaporGenie Glass, originally for DMT but it turns out to work great with weed too.
You basically use a blow torch to heat a ceramic element, which buffers the heat. Air drawn through the ceramic gets hot and vaporizes the material below.
I love how simple it is.

Just grind it up and load it. Loading it is a pain in the ass so I just fold an 8.5'' by 11'' in half and use that as a funnel. Then I roast it at 380 for a few minutes, stir, put it 420 for another couple minutes to get the last bit.
