You've got a point about the multiple tab bars, however, I believe Nightly 57 in it's current state has no way to disable to the top tab bar for those who prefer the layout of Tree Style tabs (which is understandable)
However, I disagree entirely that this setup has "retartedly laid out shit". The overall button placement is adequately symmetrical from a design standpoint, and offers a decent amount of shortcuts/functionality without being too bloated.
