I have the Galaxy S6 active. I'm not a power user by any means, but it's done everything I've used it for without any issues.

My biggest complaint is that there's only 32GB internal storage, and yes, no SD card slot. I don't think the battery is removable either. The only slot it has is a single SIM slot, and otherwise, you're stuck with it as it is.

I'm looking to get a new phone, but really just for more storage.

After more than two years of good use, my 2nd gen Moto X is finally doing that stupid shit where the battery just dies off at 50%, sometimes it also overheats like hell and starts draining like mad, so I'm looking for something new

Are the 4th and 5th gen of Motos any good? I loved my Moto X. It was super basic but incredibly snappy and fast compared to what I had before (the famously bloated Galaxy S3). I'm looking for something similar to what I currently have, preferably with a big battery size. I don't any intensive apps or anything, just twitter and spotify/poweramp and would like for it to last a whole day. I don't care about the camera or the speakers. Headphone jack is a must.

Anyone using wired headset with newer android phone?

On my HTC M8 the delay when I use the press the headsets play/pause button until the device responds is significant. It's around 2.5 seconds.

Watched and read a few reviews and it seems to be what I'm looking for, just an upgraded version of what I had before. Apparently the camera still sucks but I'm used to that already (took both of these in the same day, one under natural sunlight and another with my bedroom's shitty lamp later at night)

Some reviews mentioned the battery not lasting an entire day but I guess no phones can actually do that so I'll grab a chink $20 powerbank for emergencies and deal with that

Just for verification, there is no good tempered glass screen protector for Curved/Edge phones right? Seriously: it really makes sense since a phone is way more likely to die than a micro SD. Recover data from a dead phone is either impossible or expensive, and the external storage solves this problem brilliantly.

I have an Oppo find 7a. Great phone, served me well for a few years. But I think it is time to get a new one, as it starts behaving oddly (Crashes, LTE connection is bad, battery sucks (even replaced ones) and some minor annoyances like that).

Probably a long shot, but does anybody here play point-and-click adventure games on their phone and have Dropsy? It's been one of my top favorites since I played it two years ago on a cheap laptop. Saw it on the Play store today, though it's early access and apparently the last update was in July 2016. I downloaded a version from Aptoide, and the game won't start. Dropped my phone and cracked it, want to try and repair it myself, looked up a video and seems easy enough for a simple screen replacement, but I'm wondering if it's just the screen or if I need to replace something else as well?

I have a Moto X Pure/Style (2014).
Couldn't take a picture so I drew where most of the damage is. The green circle with the triangle inside is apart of the phone that got chipped away, I don't know what part of the phone that is, I'm assuming the screen. I can see a bit of light coming from inside the phone though the chip. The red lines are cracks on the glass, and the yellow parts are the minor discoloration of the display.

I avoided them because of the bugs, but apparently all the issues have been solved now. You can still find some bugs you would expect to find on custom roms, but nothing like now working video recorder, unable to make calls etc
