The m8s is supposed to be pretty good. I bought the mini by accident, but even it handles HD videos fine. Never tried 4k, but I don't see it being a problem.

The remote that comes with it is a bit clumsy. I'd invest in one of those Bluetooth keyboards with a track pad built in.
