Seeding time will eventually come if you seed many small torrents. Time is accumulated that way. The more torrents you seed non-stop, the more seeding time goes up.

Buy a seedbox for a few dollars, setup rtorrent's plugin called 'autodl-irssi' to send torrent files to a watchfolder, set up Deluge to load files from that watchfolder. Remember to only snatch CD FLACs from 2017 with log and cue. Also you have to use itconfig for Deluge set to 'high performance seed' but with number of simultaneous downloads changed to something higher than 3.
When setting up irssi remember you have to set up a filter, connect to IRC and add RED's passkey (there are guides for all of that).

New Deluge doesn't crash, but it starts to eat insane amounts of memory and slow down on 1000+ uploads. Moving is fairly easy if both clients have some download location. Just `cp -r ~/.config/deluge/state/*torrent <rtorrent watch folder>`. Then delete torrents from deluge (without the files). From what I've gathered going by number of snatches is not a good idea, even if you account the age of the torrent.
Sometimes a kind soul in posts a comment comparing some of the encodes. You could also check for comments on MAL https://myanimelist.net/fansub-groups.php but it's no silver bullet.

Even comparing screenshots is a pain in the ass on AB because everyone uploads different frames.
