1)First question is simple, is it worth overclocking an R7 1700 if im not planning on going past 3.7GHz?

2)I notice the boost hits 3.75, but I know it has to trigger itself to boost so will I notice a performance boost game wise by having it always just at 3.7?

3)I also use this for juggling a few VMs, so I switch back and forth between SMT0 and 1 in BIOS. I heard I can set it to disable SMT for specific programs, does anyone know how this is done so I can just have it disable for the 2 games I play here and there and the other 90 percent of the time it will run all 16T?

3)Lastly does anyone know if 2x8 Corsair LPX 3000 RAM is single or dual rank?
