What are some certs I should earn if I'm going into IT?

If you're starting from scratch, CompTIA A+. If you have literally any IT qualifications or experience at all, then what sort of job are you looking to move into?

Personally, the UK government apparently paid for a bunch of people to get free CCNAs without telling anybody, and I am one of the last people to get that. So I'm currently working towards a free CCNA.

That's pretty easy. Just watch all the vids, try some of the things out and you should be able to pass

i go on plenty of cert courses, i got rhce years ago, but i dont bother now, ive got a stable job and plenty of experience and industry connections

I got a overnight security job while waiting until next year to go to college to learn A+ and possibly security + or another cert I do not remember the exact name. Once I get these certifications, I have a friend who will hire me as a part time it tech. I am enjoying it so far, I am nervous about my a+ test in august.

Actually I'm a lot like OP. And I make 90k + bonuses that often push me well over six figures. I'm a full stack marketer, not even involved in IT

Google Analytics is part of my job, and it doesn't hurt to have Hubspot certs.
