For Digital Combat Simulator I have the same 120fps.

Falcon BMS it is very high buttery smooth fps @ 4k display.

Many issues have been solved with latest bios updates married with fast ram on motherboards QVL.

The low FPS is just no longer true my friend. My productivity does not suffer at all while being able to play all games. This is not true with Intel.

0%. On a tight budget you have to focus on performance/functionality. There are cases like the CM N200 or Fractal Design Focus G that are not that expensive, look good and offers something for their money.

If you want the absolute best, a 3200MHz CL14 kit is best for Ryzen. It's quite picky about which sticks it'll run at higher speeds, and Samsung B-die ICs are what it likes. Any CL14 3200MHz kit will be those. The downside is that they're more expensive.

Otherwise just buy any 3000MHz kit. It should run fine at 2933MHz.

You'd be better off doing 2 front 1 bottom as you wouldn't get as much air with the bottom one (unless the hard drives are in the way?)
When more air gets in than out the excess air will get pushed out in the nearest available hole effectively preventing cold air to reach your components
And hot air bubbles can also happen but fuck if i know how exactly, but it did happen for me and i could very well feel it waving my hand around the case, hot air getting trapped in some random places and not getting pushed out. Don't put 3x intake 1x exhaust and you'll be fine, i personally always have minimum half the amount of exhaust than intake and it works out pretty well.

Don't want to sound like a shill but if you care about noise get a more powerful one. EVGA PSU's (and most good PSU's to be fair) will run passively until they are under load. If it were me I'd save some money on your case and get a 750W or 800W or something.

That's why I asked. I always see Lambo/Ferrari-inspired cases that try to mimic the interior, but they're shit to interact with. I'd rather have my hands resting on brushed aluminum buttons with soft LED lighting behind them on a polished (but not glossy) oiled wood panel. Leather might be a little too much, but for a full-tower, it might make the difference between banging your knees against something hard or feeling cushioned leather in its place.
But leather produces quite a bit of dust, so synthetic leather would have to be used, or other polymer-based leather substitutes like alcantara.

2) I was thinking about 1060. Im not sure if its worth for me to go for an 1070, it's mostly going to be for gaming, and I'm looking for hardware that can hold some FPS in full screen windowed mode, because after getting 2 monitors a couple of years ago I can't stop doing other shit while I game. Should I be looking at the AMD alternatives here also?

It depends on the game. If you are playing on with a CPU demanding game then you will take a performance hit by doing anything else, such as streaming. 7600k is probably enough, but I would recommend a 1600 just to be safe. Save some money on the cooler as well, Wraith Spire is great.

What resolution are the monitors and what refresh rate? The only AMD solution right now is an RX580, which you won't be getting your hands on for good value anytime soon.

Get a better PSU, like an S12II, Seasonic G, EVGA G2/G3. 1060 isn't really good value all things considered, but it's the only mid-range card you can get right now. That build is just dying for Ryzen.

You're doing it wrong son. No, there's no difference between a K and non-K other than overclocking. Also, don't be a bitch, what's Intel's warranty period, like three years? Overclock that shit and if it dies in a year who gives a fuck Intel is the one paying out. For most architectures you can find online what the safe 24/7 max voltage is, and then what the "safe" (as in, don't go above this you maniac) voltage is. Staying under the safe max voltage is pretty much 100% safe, you won't get anywhere near "safe" on air cooling.

yes, by the nature of higher voltage - higher temperatures. But OCing is about finding that extra that you can do without really perceivably affecting lifetime. What sort of streaming are you talking about? I don't get it, streaming isn't intensive at all. I can watch 1080p streams on a shitty 7 year old dual-core i7 ThinkPad just fine, a 7600K, or literally any other modern CPU, will do video streaming in it's sleep.

Doesn't exist. A 7700K at 5GHz, or any processor for that matter, won't do 1080/60 in badly optimised games or recent very demanding ones.

Other than that, it looks pretty solid. If you want to save like 70 quid, the 1080Ti Aorus looks gayer but has a cooler within margin of error as good and I think a year longer warranty. I've got one and it's no louder than a 120mm case fan at 800rpm, even at 2000MHz.

PcPartPicker isn't even listing my graphic card (RX 570) in its power estimate.

It says I'm at 329W but not counting the GPU, and I'm only buying a 550W supply.

Totally fine. I used to run an OC'd 980Ti (probably draws like 100W more than a 570) and a OC'd CPU on a 520W PSU and it worked fine.

Also yeah like the other guy said you might want a better PSU, not that that one is bad, but if it were me I'd take the money saved by going Strix to Aorus and get a EVGA G2 850W or something. Not that what you've picked out is dogshit, but you might find it'll be louder than the GPU, which would be a shame, assuming you care about noise.

Yeah the repeater you can put in between your router and the place where you want to get wifi.
It'll connect to the router and re-emit the signal.

I wouldn't bother with a second hand case. You could get a GTX 970 on eBay for about 150 quid on eBay which would be quite a bit faster, like 30-40% faster. Your choice really. If you're open to used you could even just pick up a used 3570K for like 75 quid and a motherboard for like 50, total cost would be 125 instead of 240, it would shit on a 6500 in terms of performance and allow you to get 16GB of RAM in budget.

If you have a desktop, and you can't run some cables or just move the router next to the desktop, then yeah either a big ass antenna or a repeater should work.

The problem with both of those is that Wifi is much more unstable than wired, especially when you're almost out of range and you have to use repeaters or massive antennas.
Expect low speeds and signal loss whenever you power on your microwave.

Computer salesman sent me this for a high end custom. It fits my budget ($2600 CAD) but I noticed it doesn't have a cooling system.

Also the case is actually the 505 but it's not on the part picker site.

Anywho does this look like a good setup? Do I really need 32gb of RAM, or can I save some money by only getting 16gb. This is for max settings on some modern games and I see people saying only get 32gb if your worried about long term future proofing.
