I don't know anything about UGC owners, but I liked the tracker.

It was friendly as a beginner tracker for me. It had frequent freeleeches and had most of the games I was interested in playing.

GGn is harder to build ratio on, but it is great. But I would always check UGC before downloading anything on GGn.

When I got banned from every cabal tracker, I joined UGC to replace GGn. After I joined, the staff personally contacted me to tell me they were sorry about what happened with other trackers and promised that nothing like that would happen at UGC. They've been totally chill bros the entire time I've been there, and now I'm helping to archive the content before they go down.

UGC didn't have the greatest selection compared to GGn, but it was a gem in its own right if for no other reason than the staff.
