I think GGn might be completely deadlocked at this point. When you use up your buffer, you're fucked for at least two months until you can get enough shekels for 20GB of upload credit. With the filesizes of games nowadays, that often means you can get one thing before you go back to months of grinding.

I don't know anything about UGC owners, but I liked the tracker.

It was friendly as a beginner tracker for me. It had frequent freeleeches and had most of the games I was interested in playing.

GGn is harder to build ratio on, but it is great. But I would always check UGC before downloading anything on GGn.
