Is there a better air cooler than Noctua D15S if I'm prioritizing quiet over cooling? Case only supports 165mm cooler so anything bigger is out of the question.

So I just replaced my GTX 760 with a GTX 1050ti a few days ago. Today I was loading into a game and the audio started looping and then my PC just restarted. Any idea what could be causing that?

I have been gaming a lot since I replaced the card, and have not had any issues.

The game has an active, and dedicated community while the developers still release new content for it. If a person still wants to play it it's their own business, and if that person wants to build a PC to be able to enjoy that game more then suggesting anything outside of an overclockable Intel is wrong. Why would anyone suggest anything else? AMD processors run these types of games like shit, so the only option is Intel.
